We follow a comprehensive tree management plan to preserve as many trees as we could and add more trees while we progress with the development. You will be seeing trees from every window and over time these trees will form beautiful alleys.

With the rental market being very tight in Revelstoke a space like this is perfect for a single or couple working and living in the area. The secondary suites are bachelor style with an open concept kitchen and bedroom, and a private bathroom.
Even better all our detached home floor plans come with a variation, which we call "PLUS." When you choose this floor plan, you get a legal suite that's been enlarged to a full one-bedroom to create more of a divide between the main living area and the bedroom.
